In order to log in to My Villa Plus, you will need your Holiday Reference and the Lead Passenger mobile number.
The Holiday Reference is a 7-digit alphanumeric code, starting with the letter 'R'. You can find your reference number on the booking confirmation email.
If you cannot log in, please check the following:
- If your code has a 0, please make sure you type in the number 0 and not the letter O. None of our booking references includes the letter O.
- The system will recognise the phone number format used to book the holiday, so try with and without the Country prefix.
