What is your 72 hour cooling off period?

If you find yourself needing to modify your reservation within 72hours of making your booking, you’ll be eligible to use our Cooling Off Policy. However, please note that this policy does not apply to non-refundable bookings or cases where a voucher has already been used on your reservation, or if you’ve paid in a currency other than GBP.
To use this option, login in to your My Villa Plus account and navigate to the amendment section. Once your booking is cancelled, a voucher for your full deposit paid will be issued without any administrative fees. This voucher code must be redeemed when making your new booking and remains valid for 72 hours only.
