What is a security deposit?

Your party may be required to pay a security deposit prior to your departure date by credit or debit card. You will be asked to authorise the necessary amount as part of the online check-in process 4 days before your arrival at the villa in ‘My Villa Plus’ (Manage my booking). The amount can be viewed and is payable under the ‘Check in’ page. Assuming you leave the villa in good condition and no damage has been found, Villa Plus will release the pre-authorisation within 28 days of your departure from the villa.
