The driving directions and access details for your villa will be made available in the ‘Accommodation’ section of My Villa Plus, 4 days before your departure, once all guests have completed their check-in.
The travel information provided includes:
- The route to your villa
- Guidelines on how to enter and secure your villa
- Contact details of your representative at the resort
- Information on private transfers (if booked)
- Voucher for car hire (if booked)
It is necessary for you to submit your travel documents and make the security deposit payment before your departure.
Please note that travel documentation is a legal requirement and failure to complete the check-in process will result in your travel documents not being released.
